LONGVIEW, TX (January 22, 2014)— Randy Peters, owner of Peters Chevrolet in Longview, has one simple goal – to say thank you by committing to annually give one car away to reward the excellent customer service of one employee at Longview Regional Medical Center.
“Exceptional healthcare is vital to every community, and we are proud to partner with Longview Regional to reward a deserving employee,” said Randy Peters, President.
Peters will be donating a 2014 Chevy Cruze LS, which will remain parked on Longview Regional’s campus throughout the duration of the hospitals employee nomination process.
Longview Regional plans to incorporate the car give away as part of their “Employee Recognition Program” where Jim Kendrick, CEO of Longview Regional Medical Center stated that “any employee of our hospital is eligible to win and anyone is able to nominate an employee. We encourage patients, visitors and even employees to recognize any outstanding service that they may have witnessed or received.”
Employees can be nominated by filling out formal nomination cards that will be distributed throughout the hospital including one to go in each patient room and collected in a general drop box located on the hospital’s campus.
Longview Regional plans to celebrate their 34th Anniversary in June 2014, where the celebration will include a formal blind drawing, to determine the employee that wins the Chevy Cruze.
“We are grateful for Peters’ generosity towards our hospital employees and value his commitment to recognizing the dedication of hospital employees,” said Kendrick.
